SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient technology solutions that meet business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and system administrators to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, goals, and constraints.

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business needs, considering scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

• Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications to communicate the solution design to stakeholders and development teams.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support the solution.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the implementation adheres to the architectural design and best practices.

• Conduct code and design reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues during the development process.

• Collaborate with system administrators and infrastructure teams to define the required infrastructure and deployment strategies.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture.

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions and architectural frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using various technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.

• Solid understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and find optimal solutions.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Relevant certifications in solution architecture are desirable.
